What’s intelligent about this design?

How can the Dover School Board advocates of the magical theory of creationism maintain that there is an intelligent design(er) of the universe when this process has resulted in the ascension of George W. Bush to the presidency of the United States? There is nothing intelligent about that. But then, maybe this disproves the theory of evolution, also. We have gone from Demosthenes to Dubya.
